She is a qualified Masteries Coach, a certified mBIT Coach and a business development specialist who combines strategic insight with practical, hands-on implementation support. Her work focuses on helping entrepreneurs and growing businesses gain clarity, improve performance, access funding, enter new markets and build sustainable businesses.

Over the course of her career, Ilana has been directly involved in the development of more than 500 business and marketing plans, supporting entrepreneurs across diverse sectors to prepare for funding, strengthen operations, improve market positioning and unlock growth opportunities.

Ilana has worked extensively with public and private sector partners, development agencies and enterprise development programmes across South Africa. Her experience includes business coaching and mentoring, export readiness, market access support, turnaround strategies, feasibility studies, financial planning, productivity improvement and strategic business development.
